Located in Nairobi’s city center, Nairobi National Museum presents a magnificent experience as you explore the knowledge gathered from the museum. First, the Museum has a great archive of historical items that add value to the existence of humanity. Built in 1912 by Swedish Engineer Ake Sjogren, Karen Blixen Museum is a magnificent piece of Colonial History. It gets even more interesting if you have if you have watched or read "Out of Africa". They assign you a guide, who would let you know more about the story of the place. You also get to see an amazing sight of windmills spinning on the top of Ngong hills. The beauty and tranquility of this Museum has a homey feel to it that is second to none in the country.

The Bomas of Kenya is a cultural centre and a tourist village located a few minutes outside the CBD. At Bomas different aspects of Kenyan culture are displayed including living styles, crafts, music and dancing. Bomas is a Swahili word for an enclosed homestead. Quickly get back to the Kenyan cultural customs and traditions while visiting the huts that inspires a walk through the history of different ethnic communities.
